  2. 1.  General
  3. 1.1 The courses are booked on an individual basis, first come/first served. The course date must be agreed prior to payment (unless it's an Open Voucher). Courses are held on weekdays, unless otherwise agreed. There are no fixed days for the courses, these are agreed by mutual convenience.
  4. 1.2 An Open Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient must get in touch to book his course within that period. A 3 or 4 month lead is essential. Having a voucher give the holder a priority over other course bookings.
  5. 1.3 Course bookings and Vouchers are personalised and carry the name of the student attending.
        2.  Purchasing a Course or Voucher 
        2.1 A course may be purchased after agreeing on a fixed date or by purchasing an open voucher which would have a validity of          12 months from the date of purchase.
        2.2 Payment in full is required for booking or purchasing a voucher.
        2.3 The courses are open to all members of the public. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult  .............           throughout the duration of the course.
        2.4 Students must be a minimum of 13 years old and might be subject to limitations in the use of certain machines.

        3.  Cancellations and Refunds 
        3.1 Should a situation arise that forces me to cancel a course, you will have the option of rescheduling or a full refund.
        3.2 The Consumer Right of Cancellation does not apply to the booking of your course or voucher purchase. You are not       
        entitled to receive a refund if you no longer can or wish to attend.
        3.3 You may transfer your booked course or voucher to another person, provided you notify me at least 48 hours prior to the 
        course day.
        3.4 An open voucher may not be exchanged for its purchase value in money. Should the voucher recipient not wish to book
        the course or transfer it to somebody else, the voucher will be forfeit.
        3.5 A change of date of a course may be considered on the merits of the cause and if I'm contacted at least 60 days prior to
        the course date.
