...and the rest:
  • Ceramic Rod Sharpening Kits. I find Ceramic Rods to be tremendously effective for daily maintenance of knives. A light passing on a rod after using a knife, will hone your knives so well you will hardly ever need to use sharpening stones'
  • Camellia (Tsubaki) & Tung Oils.  The first is a most traditional oil used to protect High Carbon steel. It doesn't dry and is edible. Tung oil is just about the best oil for wood, it's natural resins harden and make the knife handles impermeable.
  • Leather Accessories. Sheaths and sleeves or even knife rolls can be a most useful addition to your knives. Mark's craftsmanship with leather is second to none. You can contact him directly ( www.whitebuffalocrafts.com )or me to discuss what you're after.
  • Sharpening Service.  Prices vary depending on size and condition of knives, please get in touch to discuss.
