Bespoke Knife Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. This Voucher entitles the recipients named, to commission a bespoke knife or knives to be made for them by Twisted Horseshoe Knives. The commission is up to the value expressed on the Voucher. This also allows for a number of knives until the value of the voucher is reached.   
2. The Voucher can be used as part of payment towards a commission that exceeds the value expressed.   
3. The Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, either in it's totality or partially as change.   
4. The Voucher can be forwarded to another recipient. For this, the recipient named on the voucher must give Twisted Horseshoe Knives written notice.   
5. The recipient must contact Twisted Horseshoe Knives within the "To be Redeemed by" date in order to avoid this voucher no longer being valid. 
6. The purchase of the Voucher is Non-Refundable

• The Recipient can commission any type of knife that Twisted Horseshoe Knives accepts as an achievable goal. Please work on your personal design.

• The commission will be discussed thoroughly to ensure the resulting knife is as close to what the recipient has in mind.

• The value of a commission is determined by Twisted Horseshoe Knives and will consider materials, details and time to produce the knife (knives).
• 
  
• Not all desired commissions are achievable within the value of this voucher. This will always be discussed beforehand.
